We will require 2 references from all tenants, this can be an employer's reference, any former landlords or a character reference. We will also carry out credit checks on all tenants and on occasions a guarantor will be required.

We will require 1 month rent + 6 weeks deposit + Agency fees in clear funds before tenants can move in their new property.
